      • Working on scheduling McCoy Painting to paint the interior of the Community Bldg.
      • Grant request sent to Hardin Community Foundation for painting interior of the Community Building
      • Electric Contract ends at end of month
      • Indoor Storage items, except vehicles, will be coming out Saturday, April 9th.  Reminders about renter’s storage items coming out will be sent this month.
    5. Camping Committee
      • Called 28 current Fair Campers to see why they hadn’t paid, had to leave 3 people with a message and there were 2 that no message could be left – everyone else contact was made
      • There are currently 10 vacant spots and will soon be calling campers on the waiting list for those spots after moving campers who want to move closer
      • Temporary camping permits will be sent to the Health Dept. this month, for Cushman’s May event and National June event.

      • 34th Annual Consignment Sale is Saturday, March 12th, starting at 9am.  Drop off times for items are Wednesday, 4-6:30pm; Thursday, 8-6:30pm; Friday, 8-6:30pm.  More information on the sale can be found on our website.
      • What to do with sausage that is still here – give to which organization or JR Fair Board for Consignment Sale?  (There are 57 packages left, 10 pork patties, 23 bulk pork, and 24 reg. brats packages – $171)
    17. New Business
      • Judges for all areas are due by next board meeting.
      • District Spring Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 2nd at the Wood County Fairground in Bowling Green – anyone wanting to go, let Judi know soon.
      • Our next monthly Board Meeting is Wednesday, April 6th at 7pm.
