Rental Rates

There is no charge to any youth group holding an event Monday thru Thursday. There is a half price charge to any youth group holding an event in a building on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. All rates are only guaranteed for one year from signed contract. Notification of rate increases will be given each year, and you will be give a chance to receive a full refund if you no longer want to rent.

*Storage dates run from October 1st to the 2nd Saturday in April. An additional fee of $100 will be charged if taken out before the 2nd Saturday in April. Outside storage is half price of the indoor charge.
