The Community Building was erected in 1996 and serves as the area’s most affordable banquet facility. The building can seat 300 guests. It has a large climate controlled common space, with large restrooms and a kitchen facility. The building has two overhead garage doors to allow easy access to the venue for DJ’s, Caterers, Decorators, and more. The building has 386 chairs that come included in the rental, 60 8 foot folding tables, 14 5 foot round tables, 290 chair covers (there is a cleaning fee for using the chair covers), and more!

*Commercial is defined by the board as public traffic and/or considerable opening of the overhead doors.
No charge to any youth group holding a special event on Monday through Thursday in a building. Half price for weekend use.
