The Community Building was erected in 1996 and serves as the area’s most affordable banquet facility. The building can seat 300 guests. It has a large climate controlled common space, with large restrooms and a kitchen facility. The building has two overhead garage doors to allow easy access to the venue for DJ’s, Caterers, Decorators, and more. The building has 386 chairs that come included in the rental, 60 8 foot folding tables, 14 5 foot round tables, 290 chair covers (there is a cleaning fee for using the chair covers), and more!
The community building is a perfect location for any function. The parking is easy in and out. The building is a blank canvas for creating that special event. I have done weddings of all types, company Christmas parties, and everything in between. The size is great for large gatherings and events.
