Camping On Grounds – $25.00 Per Day (GROUP DISCOUNTS MAY APPLY)

Buildings – 
(cleaning deposit for all buildings listed below is $200.00)
   •   Show Arena (1 Barn Included) – $200.00 (No heat in buildings) ($100.00 Per Day Per Extra Barn must be cleaned by renter) (Based on time of year if buildings are available)
   •   Grandstand –

Community Building 

$100.00 Per Day for setup and/or cleanup days. (cleaning deposit for Community building is $300.00)

 

 

  • Private & Non-Profit Use – $300.00 Per Day  
    • Monday through Thursday – $500.00 Per Day
    • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – $200.00 (Cleaning fee for using chair covers.)

Commercial* Use – $400.00 Per Day Any Day

*COMMERCIAL MEANS PUBLIC TRAFFIC AND/OR CONSIDERABLE OPENING OF OVERHEAD DOORS

 No charge to any youth group holding a special event on Monday through Thursday in a building. Half price for weekend use.


   •  Tables and Chairs are Provided with Building Rental 
(60-8ft folding rectangle tables, 14-5ft round tables, 386 chairs, 290 chair covers
)

Pork Producers BuildingPORK PRODUCERS BUILDING (May 1st-October 1st) – $200.00(cleaning deposit for Pork Producers building is $200.00)

SHELTER HOUSE – $35.00 Per Day ($25 per hour extra with a 1 hour minimum, if caretaker needs to assist with extra tables & chairs. No Charge unless exclusive use.)

Storage – (Add 7.25% Sales Tax) ($100.00 Minimum
  •  Automobiles  –  $20.00 Per Month
•   Boats, Trailers, RV’s –
$10.00/Linear Foot
(Storage Dates: October 1st to 2nd Saturday in April)
(Additional $100 Fee charged if item is taken out before the 2nd Saturday in April)
