Animals are welcome to move in at any time on Monday. You can read the Market Animal Weight Requirements here.

All hogs will weigh by aisle. All exhibits must be in place by 8am.

Arrival Forms
Ractopamine Affidavits
Only hogs need to provide an affidavit certifying their animals are Ractopamine free. There should be two forms, one certifying that the animal was not fed Ractopamine while in the breeder’s care. The second certifies the animal was not fed Ractopamine while in the exhibitor’s care. Both should be uploaded one hour after weigh in. The breeder affidavit can be uploaded anytime. The Exhibitor affidavit should be uploaded after arrival to the fair. This form will be uploaded using the online entry portal. You will need your existing password that you created when you entered for the 2022 Hardin County Fair.
Exhibitor Wristbands and Numbers
Junior fair exhibitors must obtain their wristband to be admitted to the fair during the week. They can be obtained in the Junior Fair Board Office located in the Machinery Building. (Please enter from machinery building side) Exhibitor back numbers can also be picked up from this location if applicable. Wristbands are void once removed.
Livestock Sale Information
The Junior Fair Livestock Sale gives exhibitors the opportunity to be rewarded for their year of hard work and dedication to their projects. The sale begins promptly at 9:00am and will be in the following order:

- Poultry
- Dairy Beef Feeders
- Milk
- Lambs
- Goats
- Beef Steers
